We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the issue. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases on opened or used beauty products.
If your product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, we may offer a store credit or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products
- Products not in their original condition
- Sale or clearance items
How to Request a Return
Please email us at hello@bareisles.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if the item is faulty or damaged
We will respond with return instructions if your return is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
